Clippers for Sale?
I think that Donald Sterling should be forced to sell his team and leave the NBA. Even though Donald Sterling is still aloud to own the Clippers, he looks bad for the whole team, league, and National Basketball Association. In order for the NBA to force a owner to sell his team, three fourths of the 30 NBA teams would have to vote for the rule to be put into force. As of Tuesday, more than 20 teams have made comments supporting commissioner Silver in forcing Donald Sterling to sell the team.. Hopefully the NBA commissioner Silver will make the right decision. What do you think they should do?

I agree with you James I think that Donald Sterling should not have said what he did because I think a lot of basketball players took offence to the comments. Not only basketball players but fans and whoever else. Now I think the punishments were a little too far! Donald bought the team, he owns them, has the right to do what he wants with his property so I don't think he should be forced to sell them for two reasons. Reason number one, Donald has rights to do what he wants with his property in this case the team like I said above and reason number two, if he is forced to sell the team, does he get the profits? If so he is still going to make millions of dollars. I think that Donald Sterling should NOT have said what he said but I think that the penalties were too harsh.
