Can you take the heat of Bhutanese cuisine?
Bhutanese cuisine is quite interesting to me. Some of the staples of the diet in Bhutan are red rice, buckwheat, and maize. Bhutanese cuisine is known for its spiciness. Rice is a big part of the Bhutanese diet. It is usually accompanied by one or two sides with meat and veggies. The best sounding dish in Bhutanese cuisine to me is called Ema Datshi. It is the national dish of Bhutan. It is a spicy mix of chillis and the delicious local cheese known as Datshi. Variations include adding green beans, ferns, potatoes, mushrooms or swapping the regular cheese for yak cheese. I think it sounds good because I like things that are both spicy and I like cheese. There are many other dishes, most consisting of some type of spicy pepper, and they all sound quite tasty. If you follow the link you will find some dishes from Bhutan. Which sounds best to you?

I would probably like the meat and vegetables the most or the yak cheese even though i have never tried it but i look it up and i found out that fatty acid is twice as high as Cheddar cheese, the reason why scientist have proven this it's because of the grass/feed they give they're cows in Nepal they don't use hormones so its natural instead of the G MO injected american cows.
