Aphrodite, Artemis, and Athena

I love learning about the Ancient Greeks, especially the Greek gods. I love them all, but I have to say my favorite Greek gods are the three A’s; Aphrodite, Athena, and Artemis. Aphrodite is the goddess of love and beauty, always trying to look her best, and find true love for mortals everywhere.

Artemis is the goddess of the moon and hunt, being the brave and loyal of the bunch, ready for action. She is supposedly a very skilled archer, and one of the fastest gods in a footrace.

Athena is the goddess of wisdom and war, and gives out advice and consequences. Athena is also said in Greek myths to be the creator of olives, and praised for it, for in the Ancient Greek era, olives were very useful for both the oil, and as a food. Most people still like them today. I for one, don’t like olives, but am fascinated with Greek mythology. Are you?
