New Psycho Alert: Joseph Kony (not me, Joseph Chung)

Well, there was Osama Bin Laden, Adolph Hitler , Benito Mussolini, Kim Jong-Eun, Genghis Khan, and Saddam Hussein who were on a massacre of killing. Now, here's Joseph Kony, abducting kids from age four to 18 to his "army." This is how kidnappings happen: goes to a village in the Uganda vicinity, machine-gun a random house, takes kids, and harshly trains them to become soldiers. His soldiers would be forced to kill remaining family, or killing his foes. Then, repeat in Africa. He even kidnapped kids in Sudan! It is said that he believes, and talks to demons and devils about his work and etc. This is why he is 99% psycho and 1% human. Who's going to stop him when he's 99% psycho with those spirits? How are they going to stop them? When will Kony step up from the shadows? Will he join ranks with those people above?
