Dubai, What Seems to be the Largest City in the World! (It Really Isn't Though)

The Middle East is an amazing area to visit; one of the amazing cities there that I recommend visiting is Dubai. Dubai has the tallest building in the world, largest dancing fountain, a seven star hotel, the largest artificial islands, and the largest natural flower garden! Pretty large right? There are countless activities to do here such as swimming with dolphins at Dolphin Bay, bungee jumping with Gravity Zone, go skiing at the indoor ski mountain called Ski Dubai, visit one of the many amusement parks and aquariums, or just visit one of the many wonderful buildings and gardens in the area. It is no question that Dubai is an amazing city with wonderful things to do and see and I would love to visit one day. I wonder what it would be like to stand on top of the world’s tallest building. What do you think?

  1. I think that standing on the top of the world's tallest building would be really cool.(Willis tower, anyone?) It would be awesome to see everyone from so high up!
Dubai sounds like it could be a really interesting place to visit - I've never gone bungee jumping before. Did you know Dubai is the second-largest city in the United Arab Emirates? Another question to wonder about; how expensive would staying at a seven-star hotel be? :)

  2. I think that Dubai sounds truly amazing. With all of the great attractions and awesome hotels, its tourist industry must be booming. The thing that I would want to do the most would be to go bungee jumping( the video was really cool). What would be the first attraction that you would go to? You said that although it is really big it isn't the biggest, how does it compare to the rest of the world's large cities?

  3. Dubai seems like a very interesting place. The tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa, is over 2,700 feet tall and has over 160 stories. In addition to the tallest building in the world, the Burj Khalifa is also the tallest free-standing structure in the world. The building took only six years to build, starting in January 2004, and ending in January 2010. The rest of the city seems very interesting, but I think the Burj Khalifa is the best part of the city.
