The World's Largest Space-launch Center

If you're traveling to Central America any time soon, you have to visit the world's largest space-launch center, Baikonur Cosmodrome. It is located in Kazakhstan, the largest country in Central America and is the site of several historic spaceflights. The first artificial satellite was launched from Baikonur in 1957, the first mission to send a human to space took off from Baikonur, AND The Mars Express, a European mission to send a spacecraft to Mars, was launched from Baikonur! So if you could travel to Central America, would you visit Baikonur?

  2. Yes, If i had the opportunity to visit Central America the first place i would want to visit would be Baikonur. This is because i would want to learn more about the missions and how long they lasted. Any other information about the launches would be very interesting to me just like your blog was. What information would you want to know about if you had the chance to visit Baikonur?
