The Dead Sea: Lake of Salt
One of the main attractions of Israel is the Dead Sea. The Dead Sea runs along the banks of Israel and gets water from the Jordan River. Visitors flock every year to the Dead Sea to reap the health benefits that are believed to come from the minerals in the water. Although the Dead Sea is really a lake it is called a sea.. The future of the Dead Sea is uncertain because of the decrease in its water level every year. Due to the Salt composition of the Sea, you are able to float on your back easily. What do y think would happen if the Dead Sea dried up?

If dead sea were to dry up I don't believe anything would happen except for a decrease in tourist. I think that the dead sea is very interesting because as i looked up you can be totally mummified by the water and salt solution. The moisture gets sucked right out of your body because of all the salt.If the dead sea dried I believe that it would only effect some people. Do you think it would be a big effect if it dried up?
