Lion King No More (We Mean You, Simba!)
There has been a cat-tastrophe (see what I did there?) in West Africa! The West African Lion has become endangered and approximately 400 remain in the region! Talk about out of stock! It's estimated that only 250 remain that can breed. In 2005, West African lions were believed to live in 21 different protected
areas. But the survey, published in the scientific journal PLOS One, suggests
lions now exist in just four of those sites. What do you think is the most endangered animal?

I think the most endangered animal is an Elephant. Its pretty said that the west African lion is being endangered. They had a terrific movie about that called the lion king.I think what they should do is keep them in a really safe place were nobody will hurt them. Was scar a African lion?
ReplyDeleteBonus point for being clever, Miles! (See what I did there?)
