The Trojans never saw it coming! As a gift the Greeks gave the Trojans a large wooden horse, large enough to fit many warriors. The Trojans were grateful for the present and brought it inside the city of Troy. What they didn't know was that it was a trap and that the Greeks were hidden inside. At night the Greeks attacked the city. They burned and looted the city of of Troy until there was nothing then they returned home. Battle would have been frighting but hiding in a huge wooden horse like this would be really exciting. What do you think about the surprise attack on the Trojans?

Wow, nice job Brett! I really liked how you explained the Trojans to me. Now i know a little bit more about the Trojans as I use to. What I think about the attack is that it was sneaky but also very cruel at the same time! How did the Greeks get that wooden hoarse? When did the Trojans die out? Again really nice job Brett!
ReplyDeleteI think that it would have been very exciting to have been part of the Trojan horse raid, but also very nerve racking what if instead of appreciating the Trojan Horse like the Trojan’s did, they instead didn't like and burned it or something of that nature? Also what if the Trojan’s knew that the Greek’s had tricked them and before they even came out of the horse they slaughtered them? All in all I think that I like much better in the 21st century rather than in ancient Greece.
ReplyDeleteI think that the surprise attack on the Trojans was really creative. The greeks must have been planning and building this attack for a long time. Lucky for the greeks the Trojans actually accepted the gift if they hadn't it would have been bad news, and the Greeks probably would have been attacked back. What do you think would have happened if the Trojans found out about the surprise attack?
