Pamukkale is a natural phenomenom that is a beautiful work of nature. It is the result of hot springs, that over thousands of years, turned into magnificent petrified water falls and other formations. Another reason that I thought that this was an interesting place, was because the hot springs' vary from lukewarm to boiling hot temperatures. It also used to be an ancient city, that a lot of very wealthy people would live in or travel to, to experience the hot springs, and spa in them. They are also used by many people for medical use, and they are known to help with things such as high blood pressure, skin disease, eye disease, and circulation problems. So would you want to go there, and why would you like to go there if so?

This would be so awesome because its just a really cool sight to look at, and i would travel there because i have never seen/heard of a "hot spring" where water is hot in winter and natural.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing...I didn't know anything about this place.
ReplyDeleteWow this is really cool. These have too be some of the oldest hot springs in the world to have such a large amount of mineral build up around it. Thee must be older than the springs out on the western side of the continent which are relatively old compared to the average lake or spring. The other possibility is that there is an extremely high mineral content in the water- which would explain the benefits of the springs. So, what do you think?
