Many people
have used the saying “an eye for an eye” but how many people actually know its
origin. The saying “an eye for an eye “was Hammurabi’s code, it means that if
you commit a crime you will be punished similarly to what the crime was. For
example, if you injure someone your punishment would be having something similar
done to you. I think he was trying to cut down on crime but ended up just
making it worse because you would have to double any crime that was committed.whats your opinion on this topic?
