Where the Ancient Times Better Than Today?
There are two reasons for there to be a competition for which point in time was better. In ancient times there was very little crime because of how extreme the punishment was. Right now if you commit a crime today you will be judged on how bad the crime is. Both ways have an equally good outcome because with the olden days there wasn’t a lot of crime but right now there’s a lot of crime but people get a fair trial for people to decide if there guilty or innocent. Another example is a person’s safety, it was a lot safer back in ancient times then it is now. Now you need to always watch your back to make sure no one is coming after you. Which time period do you think was better?
