The Ancients are really cool!!!!

Social studies is not my favorite subject but I thought learning about the Sumerians and Hammurabi's code was pretty fascinating and how if you do something bad to someone the same thing will happen to you. I also thought their alphabet was really cool. They had a neat language! And learning about their beliefs in gods was pretty interesting. And how the Sumerians practiced polytheism the belief in many gods because they were afraid  if they didn't believe in all the gods they might anger them. But the Israelites only believed in one god which is the practice of monotheism. I thought learning about the different religions was pretty cool.
