Kids In India Know How To Have Fun

Children in India much like the rest of the world know how to have fun. Kids in India will play games like snakes and ladders which is basically the Indian version of Chutes and ladders. Or they play games such as Chess or Parcheesi. Another very famous board game in India is Carom. Carom requires two to four people in order to play. In India they like to play a lot of sports such as cricket which is somewhat like baseball. They also play sports like soccer, Kabbadi which is a wrestling game. India is a very unique place because they have games and sports that I've never even heard of that sound very fun.

  1. I haven't heard of many of those games either, but I have cricket. Another thing that kids like to play in India is uffangali. A game where you need flat surface and a big pile of seeds. The players sit around the pile and during his or her turn, each player blows hard, just once, on the pile of seeds. The goal is to scatter as many seeds as possible away from the pile. The player picks up the seeds that have blown away and places them in a separate pile. Seeds must be picked up one at a time without disturbing neighboring seeds. If another seed is disturbed, the player's turn ends. The game continues until the entire heap has been distributed among the players. The player with the biggest collection wins. So would you want to play this fun game?

  2. I for sure agree with you, they really know how have to have fun especially because they have such a variety of games they play. I almost wish I could move to India just to play these games on a daily bases, because they sound a lot of fun. I also realize that some sports either sound very similar or are actually the same, like soccer. I also did some research about soccer and found out that the average player runs about three miles a game. Staying on the topic the field average soccer field is 100-130 yards long and 50-100 yards wide.
