Sri Lanka foods

Sr Lanka s food is none for there variety of spices in there foods. There spices are suppose to be the hottest spices around the world. Some of the chilies that they use for the spices are called kochi miris, and malu miris. People usually improvise on there spices on there dish.Some slide dishes are pickles, chutneys, and lime juice. Every state that makes the same dish, it will taste slightly different. In there dishes they also use a variety of vegetables, and rice.

  1. I was reading Linton's post about Sri Lankan spices and realized how many there were I was astonished too see how important they were to that country. They use spices in almost everything they eat.From chili's and soups to desert at dinner time and everything in between.There was all different groups one was the pepper committee what I thought was really strange because I did not think u would have a committee for salt.
