The Nile River has a big place in history. The flooding of the river
helped keep the soil rich and healthy. The dark color of the soil soaked up the
sun and made the shores warm during the day. This meant that alligators and
crocs would come up and sun. Potential danger? The kids didn’t think so. When
an alligator came to sun the children would try and play with it or spear it
with a sharpened stick. This only agitated the animal. After a week of torment
the alligators decided to look at the situation from a different angle. They
are the killers and the humans are nice warm meat. Man-eating crocodiles

This is a very interesting topic about alligators in the Nile. I Obviously think that no one should go swimming in a river infested with alligators. That's what i think at least, but maybe back then people were payed to swim in the Nile when alligators are up in the sun as entertainment. However my question is, how do people know that they were doing all this stuff, was it because they wrote it in the Bible?
