Food - What a wonderful thing
In the ancient times, they had to hunt and gather for food until the food surpluses. The people had to start farming to provide year-round food for themselves. Others soon started catching on and soon many families had food food surpluses- or too much food. Having a food surplus made it possible for families to have more than one child because they have enough food to feed their families. I think this is important because without men and women being farmers, they wouldn't be able to have more than 1 child!

This kinda links onto my paragraph and how without farming we wouldn't have some of the things we do today like the ability to have more than one child in each family, and also with out farming and food surpluses we also wouldn't have a lot of the food we do do today like all fruit and vegetables.

ReplyDeleteI agree that having a surplus in food was important because then people could have more children. I also think that a surplus in food could be a bad thing. With a surplus in food many farmers would be out of jobs and families wouldn't have enough money to support their growing families. Also having a surplus in food could mean that the food goes bad before people are able to eat it.
