The most racist banana

I think that the fan who threw the banana at the soccer player is a reason for the United States to only allow free speech on some things, but not allow it when you are being racist. I think that what the soccer, Dani Alves, player did was very good because he did something to help prevent what is happening not just there but other places too like the incident of the NBA player being racist and banned from the NBA. Do you think that the fan who through the banana should be fined more for this act of raciness?
